By submitting any Design Content to Sonic Labels Pvt Ltd, the customer affirms that they hold the necessary rights, licenses, and/or permissions from the copyright or trademark owner(s) for any materials submitted.
Sonic Labels Pvt Ltd does not assume responsibility or liability for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement issues that may arise from printing the provided content. All legal responsibility for ensuring the legality and proper authorization of submitted materials rests solely with the customer or the graphic designer/artwork provider.
By proceeding with an purchase order for printing of the Design Content, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sonic Labels Pvt Ltd, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from the use, reproduction, or distribution of submitted Design Content.
